Fine ROSEWOOD frame with beautiful graining and in original untouched surface with some nice alligatoring to the varnish.I rarely get Rosewood frames - and this example is a beauty!It has the original old wavy glass.
Frame measures 5 1/8 inches x 4 1/2 inches, the opening visible ( sight ) is 3 3/4 inches x 3 1/8 inches, and the rabbet is 4 inches x 3 1/4 inchees. See posted photos for addition measurements and other specifics.
Items of this fragile nature are most carefully wrapped and packed, and double boxed, and fully insured. Thus, the listed postage. Please note the USPS has increased the cost of shipping packages yet once again, which is unfortunately beyond my control.
