This antique 19th-century Victorian American mitered hardwood frame liner features a dark reddish brown mahogany tone. There is excellent wood grain, knots, ragged patches, and holes where the previous rectangular nails were driven which give this frame great character. There is a chipped out gouge on the one side toward the back. Overall, this antique frame is in fair condition for its age.
