This is a beautiful example of the 1987 Barbie Doctor Loving Care Play Case.
I cannot be 100% certain on this, but the toy looks to be in almost untouched condition. All accessories appear to be present. It has unpunched cardboard decals, clean instructions and all large pieces are still in plastic.
The only flaw I can see is that the print on the fabric has faded over time. You can see the former floral design still present (on the curtain), however, the blue has faded. The "mattress" and sheets look to have never been removed from the plastic.
Box shows general shelf-wear, but remains in great condition with vibrant colors.
