The holder consists of two 3D-printed pieces that clip together to create the battery pack housing.

How is it made?
The replacement battery holder consists of two FDM 3D-printed PETG components that clip together to form the battery housing.
PETG provides improved toughness, impact resistance, and durability compared with standard PLA, making it well suited for this application.
Minor layer lines, strings, small surface marks, nodules, or other cosmetic imperfections may occasionally be present due to the 3D-printing process. These are normal characteristics of additive manufacturing and do not affect the intended functionality of the holder.

The original battery pack configuration referenced for this replacement uses:
3x AA
BATTERIES ARE NOT INCLUDED.
It is the buyer's responsibility to select appropriate batteries and electrical components for their calculator and charging setup.
