Return Policy:
No returns are accepted for used parts. New parts return requests need to be within 30 days of delivery.
If parts/items are defective or damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange/return.
We will need photos of the damages and of the box you received your parts/item in for a possible insurance claim on our end with our suppliers.

New part(s) and items must be in new condition with all original retail/dealer packaging, accessories, labels, etc.
All used parts are tagged with serial numbers, photo/video documented, and double-checked for proper function prior to being processed for shipping.
We will not readily accept installed and/or tried parts. This means if you "test fit" a part/item, it will void your warranty with us. Please provide a VIN number and ask for fitment information prior to placing your order.
We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any part(s) or items we deem to have been installed, test fitted, damaged by customer, used, or does not meet the above stated criteria. These actions will be thoroughly documented and reported to and other entities if necessary.
Cancellation Policy:
An order or a portion of an order may be canceled up to 12 hours after confirmation. All orders are processed as soon as possible! Due to this fact, it is not always possible to cancel with our partner network of dealers, suppliers, and warehouses.
