If incorrect power is hooked up to this unit it can be damaged, hooking up 120v while unit is set up for 240v will cause unit to not light up, IF 240v is connected to the unit while set up for 120v it will burn the board up in the unit in a very specific way resulting in the board needing replaced
Warranty can be registered and set up via Aprilaire as this is brand new, unopened
