This is a very rare “case” of the 1991 Net Pro Tennis Cards meaning that inside thiscasethere are 8 boxes with 40 packs each of the trading cards; each pack contains 9 trading cards (total 2880 cards). Thiscaseis factory sealed and has never been opened.The caseis stamped twice with “TOURSTAR 8-DISPLAY MASTER.”
You will not find a full caseof these cards anywhere online, in fact the boxes themselves are very scarce. What this guarantees is that the boxes and cards inside are still pristine. Because we did not pay to get this case“graded” we had to list is as “ungraded” which includes the words “not in original packaging” with is untrue. These cards are in the original casewhich, as we say, has never been opened.
The cards inside this caseare of the original Tour Star Mens & Womens Tennis Stars; as it says on each box: “SERIES ONE OF TWO HUNDRED PLAYER CARD 1991 PREMIER ISSUE 40 PACKS OF NINE CARDS.”
We could not take a photo of any of the boxes without opening the caseso photo #2 is borrowed from another site where a box of these cards was offered and was “out of stock” – this photo is simply to show what is inside the case.
The case measures 11-1/4 inches wide, 8-3/8 inches deep, and 7-3/8 inches tall.On the top of the case there are still taped sections that once held the shipping documents from Net Pro and UPS (UPS 2ndDay Air) for this case and others that were originally sent together.There are a few small dings on the bottom of the case that will not affect the contents. The tape at one end of the top of the case has partially lifted, but the case has never been opened.On the longer side with the orange letters“TOURSTAR 8-DISPLAY MASTER” there are a few small tears to the cardboard, and the bottom left corner shows what was most likely a drop of the case onto that corner; there is no indication that the contents inside were damaged.The case itself shows some shelf wear, but it has protected the boxes inside for quite a few years. The photos are clear and show you exactly what you will receive.
This casewill be packed in a larger box and completely surrounded with bubble wrap. The caseitself weighs 13 pounds 3 ounces, it will weigh about 15 pounds once packed for shipping.
