Issued under President Andrew Johnson and Secretary of War Edwin M. Stanton, with their stamped signatures. The document retains its embossed blue War Department seal.
Document measures approximately 15.5" x 19.75".
Nice antique condition. It is currently taped to a mat (as found) and is unframed. Please see photos for up close detail.
