Complete Reconditioned Ford AOD Transmission Planetary Assembly (1980-1993) For Sale

Up for sale is a clean vintage reman Ford AOD/FIOD series planetary assembly, (1980-1993). I am in the process of downsizing my sole proprietorship after 42 years in the transmission industry, freeing up a bunch of parts, odds and ends, \"gizmos & gadgets\" that I\'ve held on to over the years. Hopefully these pieces will help in your restoration(s) or projects. This recent part out was from a 1990 Ford Mustang with a 302/5.0Ltr engine. It had a cracked case but was in amazing internal condition with NO burned friction elements. It was 100% original and had never been disassembled since it left the factory in 1989. This assembly includes all what you see, including bearings and case snap rings. The unit had a cast reverse and direct drum for reference and will be offered in my other sales. It fits all 1980 to 1993 AOD/FIOD units. As you can see it has been totally disassembled, thoroughly inspected for imperfections, surface prepped, solvent and machine washed. The only thing I can critique is the sun shell had it typical peening and natural mild oxidation from sitting. Other than that, this is what you are looking for if you want an honest, matched gear train.
