This is a set of 4 vintage Corelle by Corning bread | dessert plates in excellent condition. I found these four plates wrapped in newspaper dated from the 1970\'s, deep in a closet, along with other new Corelle dishware, so assuming they have had little to no use.

Corelle Livingware from 1970 to 1980 is made of Vitrelle, a proprietary three-layer laminated glass material developed by Corning Glass Works.To wash vintage Corelle Livingware made between 1970 and 1980, you should hand wash them using a mild dish soap, warm water and a soft sponge, even though original instructions from that era stated they were dishwasher safe.Vintage Corelle frequently picks up grey \"pencil lines\" from metal silverware.
