This custom Casio F91W Mountain Sunrise mod began as a hand drawn design inspired by sunrises over layered mountain ridges. I wanted to create something warm, bold, and colorful, with a subtle shimmer effect that catches the light like a sunrise breaking over the horizon.
The watch is built from an authentic Casio F91W base and features a custom handmade image filter placed behind the LCD display. Because the artwork sits behind the screen rather than on top of it, the design has more depth and atmosphere while keeping the digital readout fully readable.
