All products are customized using genuine base shoes.
As genuine shoes are used as the base, minor natural variations may occur between pairs, including the inner lining, tongue, or sole color. We carefully select the closest matching pairs whenever possible.
Due to differences in monitor settings and lighting conditions, slight color variations between product photos and the actual item may occur.
Handmade Customization
Each pair is individually handmade to order. Because every item is customized specifically for the buyer, returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing cannot be accepted unless required under applicable law.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order with your foot length (heel to longest toe) in centimeters (cm). We will gladly recommend the most suitable size.
Care Instructions
Each pair receives a protective color-locking treatment during production. Upon arrival, we recommend allowing the shoes to air in a cool, ventilated area for 1–2 weeks before extended wear.
To preserve the artwork:
Avoid alcohol, alcohol wipes, bleach, and corrosive cleaning products.
Clean gently using a soft cloth or soft brush with water or a mild neutral detergent.
Damage caused by misuse, harsh chemicals, or intentional damage is not covered.
Warranty
We offer a 3-month workmanship warranty covering defects related to the customization under normal use. Damage caused by accidental damage, misuse, normal wear, or improper care is not covered. If repair is available, buyers are responsible for shipping costs.
Production & ShippingProduction Time

Production typically requires 1–2 weeks, but may take longer during periods of high demand or holiday seasons.

Customs & Import Processing
International shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs inspections or local postal processing, which are outside our control.
Taxes & Import Duties
Where applicable, we prepay taxes as part of the shipping process. However, any additional import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by your country's customs authorities remain the buyer's responsibility.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned because the delivery address provided was incorrect, the shipment was refused, or the package was left unclaimed, we will contact the buyer to arrange reshipment. Any additional shipping costs required to resend the order are the buyer's responsibility.
