For customs clearance, specify the exact purchase price and provide an accurate description of each item being returned. Ensure that the return declaration form details match the original invoice. If discrepancies occur, items will be returned to you.

Items being returned should be sent from the same address to which they were delivered, and under the same buyer’s name. Any mismatches will prevent customs clearance, and we will not be able to issue a refund.
