Before offerding on another seller's lock ask if they have the combination and all keys. Most do not andwithout the combination there is no way to know if the lock is operating properly. Also, without the combination it is a very involved process to reset the lock to accept a new combination. It requires thebackbe removed, the lock disassembled, the combination chamber removed and the tumblers reset.FYI, if they don't have the keys a locksmith can not just make a key. The over ride lock core will have tobe drilled out and you will have to buy a new lock core, $50.00 plus.
