The Emissions Laws (Federal or California) that your vehicle complies to have nothing to do with the state the vehicle resides in. This Converter is NOT legal for sale for vehicles licensed in the state of California. Converters that are blue from overheating are not covered under warranty. This converter can NOT be sold or shipped to the state of California.

NOTE: Before buying any catalytic converter, you must be aware that converters are designed to last the lifetime of a car or SUV/truck. If your converter needs to be replaced, it is due to an emissions error or a problem in your engine tuning. This must be corrected before you or the installer install this converter. STOP, LOOK, CHECK! Have this conversation with a qualified installer. Blue and overheated converters and their shipping are not covered under warranty. STOP, LOOK, CHECK! Look at your old converter. Is it BLUE? Converters that are blue from overheating or painted, cut, or modified in any way are not covered under any warranty.

If your new or old converter is rattling inside, this is caused by the ceramic brick inside being overheated and cracking. This will happen again to your new converter within 5 minutes if you have an emission failure in the engine. This is not covered under warranty.

Additional Information:

All of our Exhausts and Catalytic Convertors have a 5-Year Warranty. Please note that Blue and/or Overheated Converters are not covered under warranty. This High-Flow Converter is 100% street legal and EPA APPROVED.

These converters are equipped with more surface area which means better performance and quality

Cerium absorbs oxygen, which promotes cleaner burning that is also important in triggering the engine light on more sensitive OBD II systems. 

These Converters are Direct Fit and do not require cutting, sliding, clamping, or welding for installation.

These converters are made with attention to detail. Direct fitting flanges and air tube connections make our product fit more like OEM than any other which results in less returns and a more satisfied installer.

Return Policy

• The following terms apply if you are returning something that was not shipped to
  you in error or showed up defective

• A 20% restock fee applies to all returns.
• NO returns will be accepted after 30 days.
• If an exception is made and a return is accepted after 30 Days there will be a 40% restocking fee.
• Merchandise MUST be in new condition.
• All freight must be pre-paid by the customer.
• Shipping in non-refundable - Items with free shipping will be charged the actual shipping cost
• Part must be new, uninstalled, in original box.

Warranty

• The warranty for your item should be stated in the product description.
• For any warranty claims, please send Message - providing proof of purchase and
  a brief explanation of defect.
• We will then send warranty procedure and details.
• Warranty items will be replaced with the same or equivalent items. Refunds will not be given
  in a warranty circumstance.
