Epson Pro Cinema 6050UB 4K Projector | Fresh Epson Service, New Bulb | Rare 3D Support!
OVERVIEW:
Up for sale is a meticulously cared-for, top-tier Epson Pro Cinema 6050UB home theater projector. If you are looking for an uncompromising cinema experience with ink-like black levels, blinding HDR brightness, and world-class 3D performance, this is it.
A RARE FIND FOR 3D ENTHUSIASTS:
Newer 4K projectors on the market have completely abandoned 3D technology. The 6050UB is celebrated as the last high-resolution premium projector to offer full, gorgeous 3D playback.
With millions of 3D Blu-rays still in circulation but no modern displays capable of playing them, this unit commands a premium because it is the ultimate way to keep your 3D collection alive in true cinematic scale.
This unit has just undergone a full, comprehensive service from an authorized Epson Service Center and is operating flawlessly. The picture quality is stunning—vibrant, razor-sharp, and visually indistinguishable from a brand-new unit.
WHY THIS UNIT COMMANDS A PREMIUM PRICE:
• The Ultimate 3D Machine: Full active 3D support with stunning brightness that overcomes the traditional "dimness" of 3D glasses.
• Epson Service Center Certified: Fully inspected, cleaned, and calibrated by Epson technicians. Buy with 100% confidence.
• 0-Hour Genuine Consumables: Installed with a brand-new, authentic Epson lamp and a fresh air filter.
• Impeccable Optics: Features hand-selected, ultra-premium 15-element glass lenses that offer noticeably superior sharpness over standard consumer models.
Epson achieves this by using "hand-picked" or binned glass lenses and optical components for the Pro Cinema line.
In a pitch-black, dedicated home theater, this translates to darker black levels and sharper shadow details.
Anamorphic Lens Support
If you plan to use an external anamorphic lens to achieve a true cinema widescreen (2.35:1) format without black bars, the 6050UB includes an extra video processing mode specifically built to stretch the image correctly for these lenses. The 5050UB lacks this mode.
Advanced Calibration Controls:
The 6050UB features lockable ISF (Imaging Science Foundation) calibration modes. This allows a professional calibrator to fine-tune the color spaces exactly to your room and lock the settings so they cannot be accidentally altered.
With a maximum resolution of 4096x2160 and a contrast ratio of up to 1,200,000:1, this projector delivers an immersive viewing experience.
Better Contrast: The 6050UB features a contrast ratio of 1,200,000:1, compared to the 5050UB’s 1,000,000:1.
