Beautiful ashtray - I don’t know if it’s Noritake. It is signed by the artist who hand painted it. There are no repairs or damage anywhere. Probably could use cleaning. I did not attempt to clean it. Approximately 5 1/2” wide and 4” tall. No paint loss.
