Summary: Skirts are of constructed of steel and solidly shaped. My '64 Impala rear fenders are not in the best shape so any fitment issues lie with vehicle not the skirts. That said, I am perfectly satisfied with my purchase. All the pieces such as the rubber, staples and mounting brackets were present and accounted for.
