This listing is for an easy to install multi directional wall mount system for displaying your G.I. Joe 1983 Skystriker XP-14F. This will fit both the vintage (1983 stamped) and the Night Boomer 1989 repaint. This will also fit the modern 2011 dated Skystriker.
A self-drilling drywall anchor and screw are provided. No drilling necessary, unless you are on a stud, then pre-drill with a 3/16\" bit. You just screw the anchor into the drywall.

To Install:Slide the mount along the belly under the fuel tank, closing the rear latch, and then attaching the magnetic latch in the front landing gear hole.Note: for the 2011, you will need to remove the fuel tank, and slide the mount down over the tank support. You can disregard the magnetic latch for the landing gear. Gravity will hold in in place, just don\'t tilt it too far past 45 degrees.
Attach the acrylic bracket to the wall with the included anchor and screw. Tighten just enough so that the bracket can swivel with some effort.
Line the locking nut of the mount up with the hole in the bracket, and install the screw. Tighten just enough that you can position the plane to your preference, then tighten the screw.
Make sure the screw is engaged in the metal nut in the T-nut.
If you decide to change the wing positions after installation, simple remove the magnetic latch, open or close the wings, then reinstall the magnetic latch.
