Posts to bios and starts windows but then locks up. Was working fine and then started to see issues over time. Now no longer boots into windows. Seems to be issue with card and as such selling as PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY. Card itself has small dent in back metal cover as shown in photos. Was like this since I originally purchased. A few missing screws in back metal cover as well. See pics.
Fans and lights all working fine.
