For residential common carrier freight shipments, you must be able to accommodate a freight truck at your address, or the shipment must be picked up at the local truck terminal. A daytime telephone number must be supplied so that the freight company can contact your prior to delivery.Freight shipments must be thoroughly inspected prior to accepting delivery. We are not responsible for any damages or shortages once a freight shipment has been signed for.Any damages or missing items must be noted to the freight driver at the time of packages (less than 100 lbs) are shipped FedEx International Ground or USPS International Priority

Returned items must be new and include original packaging. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was shipped in error. Library ladders and hazardous material items are non-returnable. Spiral and straight stair kits are subject to restocking fees up to 25%.
