Commercial machinery only works with proper support. We have been answering our phones for the past 17+ years, and will be doing so for many years to come. PFS offers nation-wide local technical support through our own service team covering California, Arizona, and Nevada, and throughout North America with a network of dealer partners and national service partners. It is our goal to stock a 6 – 12 month inventory of all parts and consumables, so if you purchase a PFS recommended machine, good chance we have what you need for immediate shipment. If you are not aware, most printing machinery is manufactured outside of North America, and unless you have a proven and popular brand, many parts and consumables might have to be special ordered from overseas. This is not the case with PFS recommended products. Furthermore, should you need technical support with your investment, most problems can actually be addressed over the phone. PFS offers telephone support, when required, for products purchased from our company.
