All you need is a glass of hot water and a mirror.

Place the teeth in very hot water (150°F) for 30 seconds. Remove with a spoon — they will be hot. Let them cool enough to handle.2Position
Using a mirror, firmly position the teeth over your natural teeth. Use your thumbs to tuck the fitting material behind your teeth; avoid getting plastic on the roof of your mouth.3Set
Ease the teeth out after about 30 seconds and let cool. When the impression material firms up, your fit is ready. Not happy with the fit?
