Intellivision Composite AV Board with RCA Outputs and 3D Printed Back Panel (Model 2)
This listing is for a composite AV board with RCA outputs and a custom 3D printed back panel designed specifically for the Intellivision Model 2.
A separate version is also available for Model 1 systems using a different back panel. Please see my other listings for that option.

The Intellivision console is NOT included.
3D Printed Back Panel
This back panel is printed using PLA filament at standard print speed to help reduce imperfections.
Available colors include:
- Red
- Black
- Silver
- Beige (default color, chosen to resemble the original console finish)
This back panel was designed by me and is not available elsewhere. I include it with this kit at no additional cost to help simplify installation.
The design is intended as a no cut / no drill solution, but please note that careful alignment is required when installing RCA jacks and wiring.
Take your time during installation for best results.
Installation Information
Installation instructions will be provided after purchase.
The board is fully assembled as shown in the listing photos.
It includes built-in double-sided tape for secure mounting inside the console.
This setup works alongside the original RF output hardware, so no internal RF components need to be removed.
