All plush toys are hand-sewn, so each one has a unique expression and appearance. Slight variations in fluffiness, loose threads, and proportions are normal. The plush toys may become compressed during shipping; upon receipt, gently reshape them by pressing up and down to adjust the facial fur, which will make the design look fuller and more attractive. Since these are hand-sewn, you can gently knead and reshape them. Adjust the facial contours to your liking and aesthetic—this will make the overall look even more refined.
