The cover is in VERY GOOD+ condition, with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, minor dings, minor scrapes, minor ring wear, minor creases, etc...There are no split seams.(please see pics)
This cover typically does not age well, but this one is inVERYGOOD+ shape.
The Vinyl is inVERYGOOD+ condition with typical wear from age and from use that may cause surface noise typical with aVERYGOOD+ grading. Certainly, more noticeable during the quiet parts.

The Original Merchandise Order Form is inGOOD+ condition, with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, creases, dings, scrapes, etc. There is a crease / fold in the middle of the order form.
