Beautiful Korean blue-and-white porcelain vessel featuring a pale celadon-toned glaze with hand-painted cobalt-blue decoration and an unusual applied spout and loop details around the upper body.
This piece was purchased as part of an estate sale lot cataloged as:
“Korean Joseon Dynasty Blue and White Porcelain Vase and Dish Set.”
The Joseon Dynasty attribution is from the sale house and has not been independently authenticated, so the piece is being offered as an antique/vintage Korean porcelain vessel with sale attribution.
The vessel has a wonderfully aged appearance with hand-painted decoration, glaze variation, firing irregularities, surface wear, small spots, and natural imperfections consistent with an older handmade ceramic piece.
Pre-owned antique/vintage condition with age-related wear, glaze imperfections, firing flaws, small surface blemishes, and discoloration consistent with age. Please review all photos carefully, as they are part of the description.
