I have verified that all pieces are present in the set. Both of the #4 bags are sealed still and the set was never fully finished. The box and 2 sets of instructions are present but in used condition. There are some extra parts as well. I have separated all of the loose parts into separate ziploc bags that are numbered according to how they appear in the instruction booklets. This is a retired set and can no longer be purchased new from Lego.
