The MOLLE II Coyote Canteen Pouch is designed to accommodate a 1-quart (0.95 L) U.S. canteen, along with water purification tablets, matches, or other fire starters. It is labeled “POUCH, CANTEEN CARRIER/UTILITY,” indicating it can also be used for general-purpose storage. Dual MOLLE straps allow the pouch to be securely attached to belts, combat vests, and packs.
Our latest batch is not as cosmetically clean, and some pouches may have minor holes and/or fraying around the snap domes. The MOLLE II redesign includes an adjustable top flap with a quick-release buckle closure, an elastic drawstring around the rim, and two side pockets with hook-and-loop closures.
If you choose not to use this pouch for a hydration device, it can also store first-aid supplies, a multi-tool, an emergency poncho, or other survival gear. This is a great, versatile pouch for hiking, hunting, or general outdoor use.
