This is a stunning and highly collectible large antique porcelain plate (or charger) by the renowned German manufacturer Carl Tielsch & Co. (Altwasser, Silesia). At a substantial 12.5 inches in diameter, it is a magnificent statement piece perfect for display or elegant dining.
The plate features a magnificent reticulated (pierced) border with elegant, molded leaf motifs, beautifully accented with heavy, rich gold gilding. The center boasts a delicate, hand-painted floral bouquet featuring pink, yellow, and purple blossoms with soft green foliage on a pristine white ground.
