This beautiful display piece features a densely painted design showcasing traditional Japanese floral motifs including large peonies and chrysanthamums. The rim is elegantly finished with a distinctive Scalloped edge finish accented by a repeating geometric and floral border. The reverse side show 3 hand painted foliage branch motifs to the rim and unglazed foot showing 3 rings around the outside and 1 on the inner foot.
