You will receive a packet of 6 Dried Lemongrass Leaf bundles that were recently cut fresh, hand bundled and naturally air-dried from our beautiful Lemongrass growing in sunny Florida. Grown all naturally using regenerative methods with zero chemicals and a whole lot of love and care.
6 Bundles is just over 1oz in weight.
Lemongrass has a wonderful intense lemony scent and delightful flavor. It is delicious on its own enjoyed as a tea and also blends really well with other ingredients for refreshing tea blends. Some of my favorites are lemongrass with ginger tea and lemongrass with hibiscus tea. Its vibrant flavor profile is also a great addition to cooked dishes, which is very popularly used in Asian cuisine. I like to add it to dishes such as curry or soups, marinades and sauces which imparts its sweet citrusy flavor to the dish.
To Brew Lemongrass Tea:
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Remove from heat & add in 1 Lemongrass leaf bundle.
Steep for 20+mins. Strain & Enjoy!
Add your sweetener of choice, if desired. Lemongrass tea is naturally caffeine-free and can be enjoyed both as a hot drink or iced tea.
Storage
To keep your Lemongrass bundles fresh, store them in the re-sealable bag and keep them in cool and dry place such as your pantry, kitchen cabinet, or freezer.
