This is a RARE circus set made by Royal Plastics in the United States. We believe they are from the 1950s but they could be slightly older. I can't find anything similar. They are tiny (less than an inch), three demential circus animal and figures. But they have tiny little pegs on their feet and can stand on a ball, stand, the back of the horses or balance board. Those then fit in red or blue circles that become the ring (have six of these). Only the train cars stand on their own. The figures are white, yellow, baby blue, teal, red yellow and olive greenThere are 4 seals, 4 big elephants, 3 elephants on back lags, 3 tamers, 2 horses with lassos, 4 lions, 4 clowns, 3 girls on a high wire, 2 giraffe, 4 girls on bikes, 2 train cars, 3 camels, 4 dancers,8 horses, assorted balls, stands and discs.
I put a few together in the photos so you can see the stands, balls, discs and the way they all fit together. I believe only the seals can balance an additional ball, the horses can balance a person.
