Martin Custom Dreadnaught guitar 2005 w/ LRBaggs PU, case, upgrades, etc. For Sale

The Martin Dreadnaught CUSTOM guitar from 2005. Guitar is in excellent condition. Solid rosewood, not laminated. Spruce top. LR Baggs pu. Original Martin Case. Was recently relic'ed and sunbursted to looklike an old Martin or historic.I don't believe this was from Martin Custom Shop, but i dont know. Plays and sounds great. I upgraded tuners, saddle, bridge pins, and it plays better imho. I believe it has lighter bracing than a D28, because its a lighter guitar, maybe D16 size bracing. Google says Guitar Center, Musicians' choice, and other stores commissioned some Martin guitars Dreadnaughts that had solid rather than laminated rosewood. A SOLID ROSEWOOD back and sides Martin Dreadnaught with vintage case and tuners costs twice what I'm asking for this guitar. Always impresses at jams and concerts. Ready for stage use with Martin installed LR Baggs Anthem pickup in soundhole.
