📦 SHIPPING & SERVICE — THE PART THAT\'S ALWAYS THE SAME
Once your payment clears, your order leaves our hands within 1–5 business days — and shipping is on us, anywhere in the world.
Most customers have their package within 1–2 weeks. Occasionally customs takes an interest and holds things up; in those rare situations, please allow up to 14 days before worrying. Your tracking number will tell the story the whole way.
Payment runs through \'s standard checkout — every method they accept, we accept.
Every pair gets a proper once-over before it\'s boxed. If something\'s not right when yours arrives, message us first and we\'ll sort it out. That\'s the whole policy, really.
One last thing — if the GEL-NYC treats you well, a photo tag on social media goes a long way. Returning friends tend to find a little something extra in their next box. 😉
