Mishimoto’s direct-fit upgrade over the stock Raptor cooler: about 77% more internal core volume, 163% more external fin area, and roughly a 10°F drop in intake temps versus stock in Mishimoto’s testing. All-aluminum TIG-welded construction. It bolts in place of the factory intercooler and works with stock or Mishimoto piping. Stock intercooler fans bolt on with no modification.
Included:
- Mishimoto Stealth Black intercooler with rubber trim
- Throttle-body pipe only (the cold-side pipe to the throttle body), with the Mishimoto silicone couplers shown on that pipe
Not included:
- Hot-side pipes
- The other cold-side pipe
- Remaining boots, clamps, bypass-valve bracket, and hardware
Those pipes stayed on the truck for the Full Race install. Buyer will need stock or aftermarket hot-side and remaining cold-side piping to complete the install.

Condition notes from the photos: normal road film, bug debris, and light fin rash. Some white residue on the face. No crushed sections, no tank cracks, and no repair welds that I can see. Couplers have been installed and show normal use. Sold as removed from a running truck.
Local pickup in the Raleigh / Garner, NC area. Shipping is extra. This is a bulky core, about 29 x 9.5 x 7 inches, so budget for a freight or oversized quote. I can pack it well if you want it shipped.
