NOS Campagnolo gold anodized BMX or track bike crank arms - 170mm - 1980 date For Sale

these BMX crank arms were available from Campagnolo from 1978 through 1983, I believe. You will notice they are for single chainrings but look identical to crank arms stamped \"PISTA\" - yet they were stamped \"STRADA\" to denote use for bmx bikes They are prized by classic bmx collectors. They came originally in 3 color options: a gold bright dip, a blue bright dip or a clear anodized aluminum finish. This particular pair was originally clear finish. I desired to change the color to gold. This is how they turned out (a dull gold that fell short of how the gold Campy ones looked). I decided to not use them for the track bike project they were slated to be used on. I did not have the original silver chainring anodized. If I had opted to buy and use a original Campagnolo bmx gold chainring the finish would not have matched.These crank arms have absolutey never had pedals installed or ever been installed on a bicycle. Nor has a chain ring ever been bolted to the right arm since being anodized. 20 years later they are still in my inventory. It is time for someone else to own them and use them for their bicycle.of choice.I have taken many photos showing the imperfect anodizing but the gold color may be ideal for many --- they just did not work for me.
