A superb English novelty solid sterling pipe tamper. It is hallmarked for London 1981 with the makers mark being CAP. It has been superbly designed being in the form of a leg, almost certainly a copy of a Georgian example. . It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. It measures approx. 2 inches (5.2cm) long by 0.25 inch (1.2cm) wide and weighs 26 grams. A well made example.
