This is an early 1900’s Native American, Zuni cuff. Double row of turquoise stones. The sterling mark is all spelled out. The name of this piece is Snake Eyes. Currently the cuff sits between 6.25-6.5” but has slight flex. Because this piece is very old I would be gentle in adjusting it. It has incredibly beautiful patina.
