I am building compact low cost dummy loads as my contribution to the ham community. I am barely breaking even on the parts, there is no profit.
They are rated 100 watts continuous and up to 250 watts intermittent duty, (1 minute on for every 5 minutes off). I use the Agilent M/W ceramic terminator resistor and they are rated to 1GHz at 250W. The measured SWR is under 1.07 throughout it\'s range.The load comes with a female N connector but includes the N-UHF adapter. If you have ever thought of building a small dummy load but never got around to it, I have done it for you.
