The Nintendo Switch 2 powers on but displays Error Code 2016-0002 and cannot boot into the main menu.
Testing and troubleshooting performed:
* Console powers on and displays an image.
* Recovery Mode is accessible.
* System update attempted.
* Factory reset completed successfully.
* microSD card removed during troubleshooting.
* Error 2016-0002 still persists.
* Exact cause of the issue is unknown.
* Joy-Con 2 controllers are included but have not been fully tested.
Cosmetic Condition:
Pre-owned condition with visible scratches, scuffs, and signs of normal use. Please review all photos carefully.
