This item is a pair of vintage French Rococo style brass fireplace andirons (also commonly referred to as chenets or firedogs).
Crafted with highly ornate cast detailing, they feature Rococo and Baroque motifs including scrolling acanthus leaves, openwork lattice/pierced mesh paneling, floral garlands, and decorative finials.
The andirons are in good condition. Minimal wear to the brass and no repairs. Will be shipped disassembled. Please see all photos.
