This vintage linen postcard from Quincy, Massachusetts depicts the historic John and Abigail Adams Cottage. Tichnor Bros. Inc manufactured between 1930 and 1945. NOS Linen unposted postcard. Good to excellent condition. The original preservaion of this card is part of the Tichnor Brothers Collection at the Boston Library. Abigail Adams used this very hearth to melt down pewter and mold musket balls for the war efforts. Traditional 18th century New England colonial kitchen.
