Genuine used example of this scarce WWI German occupation local receipt stamp from Białystok (Ober Ost). Red design with clear “25 Pfennig” and “BIALYSTOK” at bottom. Bold black pen signature across the face and a partial circular cancel.
Front shows good color, perforations intact on three sides (slightly trimmed at bottom). Back has old light hinge remnants with clear pencil marking “I II”. Overall sound condition with typical aging and minor soiling from use. No tears or thins visible.
