Vintage Large Chinese Famille Rose Tobacco Leaf Porcelain Seated Monkey Figurine See No Evil Wise Monkey. The underside features a traditional four-character iron-red stamped seal mark reading "Qianlong Nian Zhi". Please note this is an honorific apocryphal mark typical of 20th-century Chinese export Porcelain Pieces honoring historic imperial eras. The Qianlong Emperor's reign was 1736-1795. Placing earlier reign marks on newer porcelain is a very common Chinese ceramic tradition used to honor the past and style of that era.
