This vintage 1939 HORNET Black & Decker 3/16” Inch Chuck Drill is a rare and heavy-duty mini power tool that fits in the palm of your hand. With a corded electric power source and a keyed chuck size of 3/16 inches. I was surprised that this drill runs smooth. I think the cord has been replaced at one time. Made in the United States; this drill is a unique and valuable addition to any tool collection. I could not find one example of it on the internet but there was an ad that advertised it in 1939. It is in unrestored condition. It has a very readable brass name plate. Feel free to ask questions. Please review the pics for what is there and the condition.
