selling as a pairplastic latches work as they shouldthe gaskets are old. they still work however it is difficult to slide the glass all the way back. the gaskets can be replaced, I think LMC sells them. they also could just be lubricated and they will slide easier.I don't see any delaminating or fogging on the glassthere is some water damage on the bottom edge of the glass on the outside (can be seen in photos)that damage might be able to be polished out.
these sliding windows are in real nice shape, you could install them as is or if you are picky you could rebuild/restore.
