Hard-to-find Schoenhut doll with a rare walking mechanism. The doll is nicely preserved and shows just very light age-related wear.
There appears to be a production defect in the assembly of the doll, with the legs seemingly placed on opposite sides, the lower left leg on the right side and the lower right leg on the left.
The doll is coming with her original wig and is dressed as shown. She has no pantaloons.
