Rare vintage Limelight three-arch globe lamp, believed to date to the late 1970s or 1980s. The sculptural ceramic design features three concentric arches surrounding a glowing frosted-glass orb, creating beautiful shadows and a warm, atmospheric light.Limelight is also known for its collectible pearlescent clam-shell lamp, which holds an illuminated globe designed to resemble a pearl. This three-arch design is considered an even harder-to-find variation and has the same playful, sculptural quality that makes the brand’s vintage lighting so special.The glossy ivory-white ceramic and curved silhouette work beautifully with postmodern, Art Deco Revival, Op Art, Space Age and eclectic interiors. It makes a statement even when turned off.The round frosted-glass globe is a replacement, carefully selected to be nearly identical in appearance and size to the original. It is also more substantial and sturdier than the original globe while preserving the lamp’s intended look.Tested and working. Overall good vintage condition. There is a small area of cosmetic wear/scuffing around the base of the globe and ceramic, shown clearly in the second photo.
