The reverse is signed “MIRIAM HASKELL” on the oval cartouche. Haskell jewelry is prized for its elaborate hand-assembled floral work, faux pearls, filigree settings, and distinctive vintage construction.
This is an especially attractive and unusual example with wonderful dimensional floral detailing and a dramatic oversized pearl centerpiece. Similar signed Miriam Haskell floral stick pins are increasingly difficult to find.
Note: Part of the metal work near the large pearl moves, it is still attached, but it moves around - I tried to show using different angles with the camera!
